The creative director of Amouage has a background in classical music. Jubilation has been inspired by some music created in response to the beauty and the mysterious character of the nocturnal moon. The backbone of the concept was provided by the beautiful "Song to the Moon" from Dvorak’s celebrated opera Rusalka. The aria is an expression of unfulfilled longing and hope which fully encapsulates Jubilation’s history.
