Memoirs Of A Perfume Collector (M.O.A.P.C.) is a new British fragrance house that worked on its first perfumes for 4 years. Their perfumes transport you to the exotic locations like Marrakesh, the white sandy beaches of Zanzibar and the Arabian Desert. They also source part of the ingredients from that very location. The complex creations are in Extrait de Parfum concentrations.
