It's in the dark that Red catches fire for the first time. The fruit of a night. At the counter, the crystal of clinking glasses is tinged with selected spirits. SORA DORA celebrated its one-year anniversary that evening. The olfactory idea has already been thought up; the chords have yet to be composed. Against the backdrop of the club's heady music, the outlines of a major juice are sketched out in three beats: bergamot, jasmine and sandalwood.
