Woman in Gold

The notes evoke, through scent, the sublime gold leaves that play between light and shadow and made Gustav Klimt's famous painting famous. Perfumer Calice Becker drew her inspiration from the fascinating contrasts of the painting’s colors, which she describes as “textured and luminous, rich and voluptuous.” The citrus brightness of the fragrance is the olfactory expression of this radiance.

At its heart, rose petals reveal all the facets of the rose. In the base, the creamy richness of vanilla absolute unfolds generously, enhanced by a touch of patchouli and akigalawood.
