The diptyque brand was set up by three artists at the beginning of the 1960s. The luxury brand that has maintained its exclusive character to date does not advertise itself at all and it is accessible at few places around the world – news about it is spread from mouth to mouth. The fragrances by diptyque have been inspired by nature and the personal experiences of its founders. The loyal fans of the brand include Elton John, Karl Lagerfeld, Lauren Bacall, Kristin Scott Thomas and Catherine Deneuve.
